Lemon Pepper Salmon
Salmon fillets are on sale for $4.99/lb at Shaw's today only...here's a delicious salmon recipe to enjoy at this great price!
Ingredients
- 4 (8.0 ounce) salmon steaks
- 4 (tablespoon) butter or margarine, melted
- 4 (tablespoon) lemon juice
- 2 (whole) green onion, sliced
- 1 (tablespoon) dried parsley
- 1/2 (teaspoon) garlic salt
- 1 (teaspoon) lemon-pepper seasoning
Directions
- Place salmon in a lightly greased 8-in. square baking dish. Top with butter and lemon juice. Combine onion, parsley, garlic salt and lemon pepper; sprinkle over salmon. Bake, uncovered, at 400 degrees F for 15-20 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
